Given its several modifications, amendments and revisions over the last decades, today’s compensation law resembles a rag rug. For survivors of Nazi persecution who are often well advanced in years, dealing with these issues often is an insurmountable task. This is where our work starts: Since more than 25 years, the Federal Association has been providing advice to all victims of National Socialism and helping them assert their claims, whether on a regional, national or international level. This includes all kinds of issues such as old-age pension, so-called ghetto pensions, federal state hardship funds or the compensation of child survivors.
